Vitamin C!
It is that time of year again where everyone around you gets sick and just when you thought you missed it, the flu hits you as well!
Its no surprise that your intake of Vitamin C needs to be at an all time high..
Men should consume 90mg of vitamin C, whereas women should consume 75mg. Sources of vitamin C include oranges, grapefruit, orange juice, grapefruit juice, tomatoes, potatoes, broccoli, cantaloupe and peppers.
To go the extra mile consume these vitamins to boost you white blood cell count even more (they are the cells responsible for you keeping you healthy. Vitamin A, Folic Acid and Vitamin D.
Enquire about these at your local pharmacy and you will find a good multivitamin can go a LOOOONG WAY
