Today and tomorrow I will be talking arms. Everyone wants to have defined arms and yes I have talked about your triceps before, you remember, the 3 headed muscle. I have put a video of myself doing tricep extention up on the blog. All you need is a dumbbell. Stand up and hold the dumbbell in your right hand and lean forward. Raise your elbow up next to your body, then straighten your arm. It focuses specifically on the tricep and you will feel that burn!
