Bicep Curls - Muscle Isolation
This is how to do a bicep curl, with the appropriate muscle isolation!
Stick to reps of 12 - 15 on each arm, and you'll be toning in no time. Remember - dont use a weight that is too heavy, rather start with a lighter weight and work up, otherwise you can do some damage!
