Top job? No Thanks!

We've heard that 40% of women are now the primary breadwinners in their households... but do they want to climb to the top of the corporate ladder? Nope! A survey of young working women between 21 and 33 found only 15% want to be the CEO of their company.
What's the holdup? Mostly life. 75% of working women want a balance of career and family. They also want to maintain relationships and see high end management getting in the way of all that.
