Top job? No Thanks!

We've heard that 40% of women are now the primary breadwinners in their households... but do they want to climb to the top of the corporate ladder? Nope! A survey of young working women between 21 and 33 found only 15% want to be the CEO of their company.
What's the holdup? Mostly life. 75% of working women want a balance of career and family. They also want to maintain relationships and see high end management getting in the way of all that.
Zeno Group CEO Barby Siegel says this is not good. Not good at all She says more needs to be done to inspire and excite women about what they do?
"The findings send a clear signal that we cannot operate business as usual."
Any ladies in upper management agree? Have you found a way to strike a family/career balance, or does one have to give?
