TV is not such a bad thing!

University of London researchers say kids who watch at least three or more hours of TV a day were further ahead of those that watched less than an hour a day.
Everything you think you know that goes into being a good parent is wrong. The craziest study of the week (so far) tells us so.
University of London researchers say kids who watch at least three or more hours of TV a day were further ahead of those that watched less than an hour a day.
The lead author thinks the educational value of children's television is "underestimated." They also found that insisting on a regular bed or meal times only make a small difference in their academic progress.
Of course, they're not saying which shows these kids are watching, only "children's television," which can be anything from Sesame Street to Sponge Bob. So are we really to believe this? A kid that sits in front of the TV four freakin' hours a day is better off than little Johnny who's trying to read a story to mom?
