It's time to stop blaming your bad week on poor old Monday. The real culprit of your stress is hiding in the middle of the week. Wednesday, has been found guilty of causing you stress!
A jury of 2000 woman found that Wednesday was guitly as charged. Why? Your enegery levels dip and you start feeling like you falling behind. You not falling behind, it’s just Wednesday reminding you the week is not over.
The jury also found that Monday is perfect as a 'Me Day'. This means you should use Monday to focus on yourself, use it to recover from the weekend. Monday can also be 'Motivate Me Day'.
This is where you pick yourself up and plan your week, compiling a comprehensive to do list. Do not let Wednesday get you down, after all, you are two days away from the weekend!
