Sundows and Pirates end year on a high

Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates both recorded wins in their final Absa Premiership matches of 2019.

Sundowns beat Polokwane City 1-0 at Loftus in Pretoria on Saturday.
Sibusio Vilikazi found the net four minutes before the final whistle.
It was a valuable win for the Brazilians as it cut Kaizer Chiefs' lead at the top of the league standings to six points.
The result signalled a ninth straight Premiership defeat for City.
Meanwhile, Orlando Pirates scored a 3-1 win over Black Leopards in their clash at the Orlando Stadium in Soweto on Saturday afternoon
Two goals by Frank Mhango and one by Innocent Maela secured the Buccaneers' win.
The triumph meant that they moved up to the fifth place on the log.
The year's final matches take place on Sunday, with Maritzburg United facing Kaizer Chiefs and Bloemfontein Celtic taking on AmaZulu.
