[WATCH] Archie meets the Arch

Royal baby Archie met struggle icon Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu in Cape Town on Wednesday.
It’s the 4-month-old’s first international trip – and he’s already making waves by meeting South African hero Tutu.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex Prince Harry and Meghan Markle sat down with Tutu at the Desmond & Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation in Cape Town on Wednesday.
They met with Tutu and his daughter, Thandeka Tutu-Gxashe, who is the CEO of the Desmond Tutu Tutudesk Campaign which provides portable desks to pupils in under privileged communities across South Africa.

Tea, coffee and fresh baked goods were served – and Archie had he’s very own biscuit made in a heart shape.
Members of the media were only allowed in the room for mere seconds where they were meeting to capture the historic moment.
During the discussions Tutu could be heard telling the couple that South Africans really adore them.
“It’s heartwarming,” replied Markle.

Founded in 2013, the foundation contributes to the development of youth and leadership and facilitates discussions about social justice.
