If you are a South African, you would know that rugby is one of the country's most-watched and supported sports.
The Currie Cup is celebrating its 125th anniversary and former Currie Cup and Springbok player Derick Hougaard joined Martin Bester, Tumi Morake, and the rest of the team to share his fondest memories of the competition.
While speaking to Martin and Tumi, Hougaard reflected on his time on the field and said that he believes that the Currie Cup is where the talented players come from.
He further said that "it will always be like that", and that the stronger our Currie Cup rugby is, the stronger the Springbok team will be.
