To break the lipstick challenge record, she will have to apply lipstick to more than 535 lips. This means that she will only have six seconds per person to break the official Guinness World Records.
It is going to be tight, but it is all for a good cause.
De Jager will donate the money raised to the Good Morning Angels fund, which will benefit the angels at Operation Smile South Africa.
Operation Smile South Africa helps children who are suffering from cleft lips or cleft palates.
You can also be part of this incredible challenge.
On Sunday, Lynne de Jager will be at Brooklyn Mall in Pretoria, so head on down to be a part of history!
