Friday Live: J Something performs acoustic version of 'Mamela'

J Something is one of the most loved musicians in South Africa! He performed a live acoustic rendition of 'Mamela' on Friday Live.
In 2011, J Something and this band Mi Casa received a lot of attention from the public. Their debut hit single, 'These Streets', showcased the unique urban jazz sound of the band.

Their second single from the album, 'Heavenly Sent', made history after it earned them South African Music Awards (SAMA) nominations for Best Dance Album, Album Of The Year, Group Of The Year, Newcomer Of The Year, and Record Of The Year.
