Canadian singer Jamie Fine helped one of her biggest fans propose to her girlfriend live on air on Breakfast with Martin Bester.
Canadian singer Jamie Fine is back in South Africa. To kick off her ‘If Anything’s Left Tour’, she popped into Jacaranda FM to perform live on Breakfast with Martin Bester's Friday Live.
Martin Bester caught wind that super fan and Jacaranda FM listener Ashleigh Barnardo wanted Jamie’s assistance in asking her girlfriend, Cathy Lensley, to get married.

Without Cathy knowing, Martin Bester spoke to Ashleigh to set up a live on-air call with Jamie Fine.
The lovely couple spoke to Fine on air for a while, and then the moment finally happened.
Jamie Fine asked Cathy, on behalf of her beloved, if she would marry Ashleigh.
"Cathy, I just I have a really important question for you," said Fine.
"I just wanted to know if you would do Ashleigh the greatest honour ever in marrying her."
Without a doubt in her mind, Cathy said… yes.

The Canadian singer and TikTok star also took to the Friday Live stage to perform her single, 'Seconds Away'.
She is back in South Africa for her latest 'If Anything's Left Tour', which will take her through various South African provinces.
Jacaranda FM's own Martin Bester and his band will also be touring with Fine as she'll be taking over South Africa.
