"Knowledge is limitless" - Namibian minister graduates with 12th degree

A Namibian minister has graduated with his 12th degree from the University of the Western Cape.
Peya Mushelenga, the Namibian Minister of Information and Communication Technology, graduated with a PhD in law from the University of the Western Cape on Wednesday. This is his 12th degree, the university announced on Thursday.

His thesis - Investigator-prosecutor collaboration: A framework for improving Namibia’s criminal justice process - is the first of its kind in Namibia. It discusses the significance of inter-agency cooperation to determine a suitable model for that country, the university shared on Facebook.
"Education is never enough and knowledge is limitless."
