The family of award-winning Afrikaans singer Kurt Darren are safe after a car crash in KwaZulu-Natal.
The family of award-winning Afrikaans singer Kurt Darren are safe after a car crash in KwaZulu-Natal on Friday afternoon.
“I'm just so thankful the Lord sent some angels to hold my family together,” said the 50-year-old.
Kurt Darren said the crash took place on a deserted stretch of a highway in KwaZulu-Natal.

Martin Bester spoke to Kurt Darren a few days after the accident where Darren confidently said his family is doing well.
“The car is not okay – at all but that is the least of my worries.”
