Mitchells Plain boy accepted at the Drakensberg Boys Choir School

Young Ethan is among 30 other boys selected who auditioned for a place at the prestigious Drakensberg Boys Choir School.

Ethan Palagangwe from Eastridge, situated approximately 25 km south-east of the Cape Town CBD in Mitchells Plain, has been selected to represent the Drakensberg Boys Choir.
Drakensberg Boys Choir School is located near Winterton, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The school is at the foot of the beautiful Central Drakensberg mountain range. The world renowned choir is known for their perfection in the art of music.
Ethan went for an audition on 23 September, which was advertised in The Plainsman.
According to the school’s criteria, in order to become a member of the world-famous school, the boys have to undergo a challenging voice audition.
