Theo was the owner of the Property Management Authority of South Africa (Propman). A group of his colleagues from his property management business in Faerie Glen went for drinks after work on a Friday in Pretoria East.

The party then moved to Theo's house, where three people, including Kleynhans, died.

South Africans were shocked with the news and Martin Bester spoke to Mike Bolhuis about the horror night.

Bolhuis was asked to lead the investigation to find out what happened.

Four months later, new developments regarding the case have come to light. Breakfast with Martin Bester spoke to the Specialist Investigator leading the investigation, Callie de Kock.

De Kock says: “A drug called Gamma-hidrosibutiraat (GHB) was found in Marion Pretorius' body. If you take too much of that drug, it's dangerous. A vein burst in Mario's head due to blood in his lungs."
