Pupil drives school bus whilst the driver sips on a drink
The driver was suspended shortly after the video went viral on Twitter on 16 October.
Eastern Cape Department of Education has suspended a bus driver who allowed a scholar to drive a bus full of children while he stood next to her drinking what is allegedly alcohol.
According to News24, the department's spokesperson Malibonge Mtima said: “The department learnt of the matter through social media and the operator has since been served with a suspension letter, while alternative measures are being implemented to ensure learners are not left stranded.”
