Rapper Doja Cat undergoes tonsil surgery!
American singer and rapper Doja Cat announced that she had to undergo tonsil surgery on Thursday.
The 'Woman' singer and rapper announced on Twitter that she had surgery to remove an abscess from her tonsils.

Unfortunately, this meant that Doja Cat had to drop out of all of her upcoming performances.
The Grammy winner explained that she noticed the infection just before this year's Billboard Music Awards.
"I was taking f---in' antibiotics but forgot that I was taking them and then I drank wine and was vaping all day long and then I started getting a nasty-ass growth on my tonsil so they had to do surgery on it today."

According to People, Doja Cat also responded to questions on whether she was planning on continuing vaping.
"I'm quitting the vape for a while and hopefully I don't crave it anymore after that."
