South Africa’s first snowfall of 2018 in pretty pictures

The winter season has officially arrived in South Africa and as the
cold front rolls in, so do the first pictures of snow!

It’s a chilly start to the week for most South Africans as temperatures plummet.
Snow Report SA says it expects visible snowfall on Monday and Tuesday in the Eastern Lesotho highlands, as well as at Tiffindell in the Eastern Cape and Giant's Castle, and the mountain peak in the Drakensberg in KwaZulu Natal.
