Spears is expecting her third baby with Sam Asghari.
The 40-year-old, who recently won control back of her own life in a conservatorship legal battle, made the announcement on Instagram.

"I got a pregnancy test and I am having a baby," Spears wrote in the caption of the post.
Spears also wrote about her previous struggles with perinatal depression.
The 'Baby One More Time' singer has two sons, Sean Preston (16) and Jayden James (15), with former husband Kevin Federline.
