Is there anything nicer than a nap after a full meal? We don't think so! However, that is not a very healthy habit to have.
Here are a few things that you should never do after a full meal.
1. No sleeping - The meal has not digested and you will not feel relaxed after a nap.
2. No smoking - Smoking after a full meal is equivalent to 10 cigarettes.
3. No bathing - Bathing after a meal delays digestion. The blood around the stomach flows to other parts of the body during a shower instead of helping with digestion.
4. No fruits - Eat fruits first and then the meal. Fruits digest at different speeds.
5. No tea- Tea leaves are acidic and will affect the digestion process. Avoid tea one hour before and after meals.
What do you do straight after you've eaten?
