In a recent address to the media, Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula said something worrying - but is it true?
A video posted on Twitter has left South Africans divided. Did they hear correctly? Did the minister say “roadblocks and bribes is part of our comprehensive plan to ensure we reduce fatalities…”

However, Martin Bester is giving the Transport Minister the benefit of the doubt and believes the video could be doctored.
