As we celebrate Women's Day today, we celebrate all that is a woman, even those strange quirks that only they understand!
Here are 11 things that only women understand.
1) That moment you take off your bra at the end of the day. This has to be the best feeling in the world. You go through the day not realising it is there, but when it comes off… AHHHHHHHH, total bliss!
2) Trying on something a size too small and actually buying it, vowing to yourself that you will lose a couple of kilos and fit into it. You use it as your motivation!
3) Lying about period pains to get you out of work, sessions with your personal trainer, and appointments you really don’t want to go to.
4) Fixing your ponytail in the mirror a million times because it’s just not right, then running late because of it.
5) When you’re at the hairdresser, smiling and telling them how much you love your new do, then getting into the car and fixing it to your liking.
6) “Forgetting” to shave during the winter
7) Having a really famous crush, and picturing how he’ll sweep you off of your feet, and practising your signature with his last name. Do you know how many variations of Zaba Brown I have come up with?
8) Being on a diet and secretly having a biscuit or a chip and promising to run it off later, which we never actually do.
9) Being in traffic and singing your favourite song at the top of your lungs, and then cringing when the hottie in the car next to you laughs at your cuteness.
10) Not actually having a clue about make-up techniques, so you go home and watch Youtube tutorials so you can get it right. But you don’t.
11) Secretly drinking the whole bottle of wine, and when asked about it, you say you used some to cook.
But women aren't alone in the world when it comes to weird quirks, men have the strangest quirks as well.
