Adele wins her first Emmy - one step closer to EGOT status

Adele won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Variety Special (pre-recorded) for her CBS special 'Adele: One Night Only'.
In November, superstar singer-songwriter, Adele, made her comeback with her award-winning album, '30'.

During a special programme, the 'Easy On Me' hitmaker sat down for a tell-all interview with media mogul Oprah Winfrey and performed her new and older hit songs like 'When We Were Young', 'Skyfall', and 'Hello'.

'Adele: One Night Only' won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Variety Special (pre-recorded).
Adele is just a Tony Award win away from EGOT status. Stars with EGOT status have won an Emmy Award, a Grammy Award, an Oscar, and a Tony Award.
