Celine Dion made a rare appearance at this year's Grammy Awards amid her ongoing health battle.

American superstar Taylor Swift was called out on social media after a clip of her supposedly ignoring Celine Dion went viral. 

Dion presented the 'Album of the Year' award at the prestigious event and announced Swift as the winner of the award.

While walking up the stage to accept her reward, Swift took the Grammy from the 'My Heart Will Go' the winner. 

Amid her excitement, many social media users felt Swift ignored the icon, saying she could have thanked or mentioned her in her speech.

Luckily, the pair shut down the uproar after a picture of them embracing each other backstage. 

It was a big night for both singers as Swift ended up making history by becoming the only artist ever to win Album of the Year four times.

Dion also made her first public appearance amid the current health battle. 

Her 23-year-old son Rene-Charles walked her on stage.

 During her speech, she thanked the crowd for all the love. 

"When I say I'm happy to be here, I mean it from my heart," she said.

"Never take for granted the tremendous love and joy that music brings to our lives and to people all around the world," Dion continued.
