A video recently went viral after a man fell unconscious while driving on the highway.

People saw the man and at first thought, he was asleep - but later discovered he was unconscious.
They desperately tried to stop the bakkie to help him. Everyone worked together to break a window to help him.

The windows of the bakkie seemed to be unbreakable - but luckily they were able to break the back window.
The man eventually regained consciousness - and had no idea what happened.
"So glad they were able to help eventually," one Twitter user said.

The kind-hearted strangers stayed by his side until they got help.
According to social media comments, the ambulance came within minutes to assist the man.
