Zac Efron reveals he doesn't like going out and fears crowds

Actor Zac Efron recently opened up about his fear for crowds and what really happened to his face.
'High School Musical' actor Zac Efron has opened up about his fear of crowds, him hating going out, and what really happened to his face after there was speculation about him having plastic surgery.

In the October 2022 issue of Men's Health, Efron gets candid about what has been happening in his life.
The actor revealed in the magazine that he has been struggling with agoraphobia.

Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder characterised by the fear of places and situations that might cause panic. The symptoms are helplessness or embarrassment; often the fear of crowded spaces, and sometimes of leaving one's home.
"I just don't go out. People in large groups, it triggers my agoraphobia."

Efron also addressed the rumours about him getting plastic surgery. Efron revealed that he shattered his jaw after slipping in his house.
