Want to know why you fail? Watch this!
Updated | By Danny Painter
Why does life always let you down? Why do you feel like you can never get it right?
It's easy to fall into the trap of failure, once we fail at something our self-talk immediately turns negative: "Oh, well, I failed that so I am a failure" perpetuating the cycle and making sure we fail at more than just that initial thing!
Is this the best speech you will ever hear?
But, why did you fail right at the start? Do you know? This video may help you figure it out!
In the video from Motivation2Study on Youtube, Keshav Bhatt, says the truest words we will hear: "you are either creating your day or, your day is being created for you".
It's hard to remember that one failure isn't the end of the world. And one failure isn't the worst thing that will ever happen. It's time to change our negative self-talk and instead of using it to punish ourselves, we should reassure ourselves!
