  4. Side Plank on both Sides
  5. Front Plank


  1. Booty Band Bridges
  2. Booty Band Clamshells
  3. Booty Band Side Clamshells on each side
  4. Booty Bad Trio
  5. Kick Backs
  6. Side pulses
  7. Fire Hydrants


Lying Lower Back Twists each side, followed by thread the Needle stretch, and a full-body stretch Camel Pose to end it off.
