Firefighter catches girl thrown from the third floor of building

No matter what the situation, firefighters save lives, and in this case, a family of 12 survived.
Firefighters from Dekalb County Fire Rescue Department were recently called out to an apartment that was on fire. The fire had trapped a family of 12 in the blaze.
Lance Ragland, one of the firefighters, told Fox5 that “Failure is not an option, failure is never an option when it comes to protecting family.”
As a result of this, Ragland sent family members down the ladder while children were passed to firefighters below in the quickest and most interesting method possible.

One of the firefighters had a helmet-camera that captured the moment the Fire Captain caught one of the children thrown to safety by Ragland.
The father was the only one injured after he sustained burns while trying to get his children to safety.
