Handcuffed woman steals police car!

A woman managed to steal a police car while handcuffed.
Police in Tulsa, released body-cam footage that showed a handcuffed woman stealing a police car.
Police stopped Angie Frost on March 30 for allegedly driving a car that was allegedly reported stolen. The woman denied knowledge of this and claimed she had borrowed it from a friend. In the video, Frost can be seen jumping from the passenger’s side to the driver’s seat and driving away while police were standing outside the car.

According to reports, the woman was arrested following a police pursuit.
