This machine will iron, pack, and even perfume your clothes

Let’s face it – doing laundry sucks, especially if you have to consider ironing and packing the clothes as well.  But thank goodness for inventors, and we have to say we are loving this latest piece of technology. It’s called FoldiMate and it promises to not only iron, but to also pack your clothes. And if you are one of those who likes to put a little perfume on your clothes, Foldimate even has an option of ‘perfuming’ your laundry.

“Imagine handing over your laundry to a friend who folds it for you. Designed to allow hanging both sides of the item at the same time. Making the feeding process easy and fast,” says Foldimate’s website. “Each item can be perfumed, softened and treated while being folded."

Sadly, for those of us who can’t wait to have this machine in our lives, it will take a little longer until it makes its way into our homes as pre-ordering only starts in 2017. The machine sells for a retail price of between R10,500 and R12,700.
