People are truly getting tired of the lack of service delivery, and these residents decided to voice their outrage.

In the video, a whole community of Kimberly locals decided to make a strong statement to their local councilor.
The group gathered up a large amount of human waste and started flinging it over the fence and covering the official’s home in sewage.
