A video of an elderly man showing off his diving skills has been going viral because he shocked everyone at the pool.

In the video, you see an elderly man walk slowly along the diving board and position himself to jump in. People did not expect what happened next.
The man tips forward and drops his rear onto the board and uses the spring to do a low forward flip into the pool.
