  1. Find a pet to hug
  2. Set your phone to grayscale - it will decrease the amount of time you spend staring at the screen
  3. Be aware of all your senses and appreciate everything that you can take in
  4. Set a specific amount of time during the day where you just sit and do absolutely nothing - it will help you to refocus
  5. Cut down on alcohol and caffeine
