Capetonians loot overturned alcohol truck
People living around Wetton Circle made the most of the moment an alcohol truck overturned in their area.
If a truck carrying food items that you wouldn't mind stocking up on, do you stop to see if you can take anything home with you?
That food and drink is likely to be thrown away anyway, right?
