Gauteng Muslim family attacked for slaughtering animals

A Muslim family had to observe their religious ritual with police present.
On Monday, a Muslim family from Kyalami was forced to conduct a religious slaughtering ceremony under police guard.
Some neighbours tried to forcibly stop them from observing the Eid-ul-Adha religious holiday.

The slaughtering took place under the watchful eye of the police.
According to IOL, the family received permission from the estate, however, some neighbours were not happy with the ceremony.
The family slaughtered 11 sheep and a bull.
