The heart behind GMA, Dianne Broodryk joined the Scenic Drive to talk about the sad loss of her beloved dog, Morris, during the lockdown.

The loss of a beloved pet can be as painful as the loss of a family member. Our pets provide us with unconditional love - and losing that can cause so much more pain, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

During the week, the heart and brain behind Good Morning Angels, Dianne Broodryk lost her beloved dog, Morris
Broodryk joined the Scenic Drive to talk about this sad moment and what a big role a pet can play in your life.
"I wasn't prepared for him to go.
"He was so good. So soft and well-mannered. He was literally my shadow. During the lockdown, he was so close to me."
"It was just very difficult. I never knew he was so sick."
"He was part of my family."
"Our hearts are shattered. Our beautiful boy. Our beautiful, sweet Morris. I’m in shock. Cancer is so ruthless," Broodryk shared on Instagram.
