'Isidingo' legend ready to shine with return to 'Binnelanders'
Legendary actress Michelle Botes will make her return to the popular Afrikaans soap 'Binnelanders' this week.
Michelle Botes is well-known for her role as the most dangerous villain on television as 'Cherel de Villiers le Roux Haines Holmes' in 'Isidingo'.
Botes joined 'Isidingo' in 1998 and grew to become the selfish and powerful businesswoman South Africans developed a love-hate relationship with. This role secured her a spot as local TV royalty.

In June, Botes reprised her iconic role on the popular SABC 3 soap when she made a surprise appearance for its birthday.

After leaving 'Isidingo', Botes decided to join another hit soap on kykNET. She joined 'Binnelanders' as the character 'Ingrid' - a role she played until 2010.
Now she is finally ready to settle some unfinished business!
According to Netwerk24 Botes will make her return on Wednesday evening.
