Local man provides free vegetables for community

Frikkie van der Merwe saw a need in his community - and decided to help.

Van der Merwe decided to plant vegetables outside his home for community members who are in need of food to eat. 

Anyone is welcome to take what they want from the garden.

He also started a healing business, Magu, which sells cannabis plants. Van der Merwe has a cannabis selling license - but actually doesn't sell any cannabis as such. 

He provides cannabis plants, but only for those who have a membership with him.
