Make My Monday: New jungle gym worth over R6 000 for young girl
A young Scenic Drive listener received a brand new jungle gym worth over R6 000 for Make My Monday.
A-mé Booysen wrote to the Scenic Drive to help her surprise her daughter with a new jungle gym.
"My little girl currently stays with my mom during the day, as both my husband and I work full time. My husband works in West Africa in fact, so he spends very little time with us here as he works abroad to support us. Staying with my mom, she doesn’t have access to climbing equipment other kids will have at Nursery School," Booysen wrote.

Booysen and her husband have been saving for months to buy the jungle gym, however, they had to use the funds due to financial dip.
"My most recent dipping was blood tests and OBGYN appointment which had to be paid, due to us being unexpectantly pregnant with baby number two."
Booysen's next OBGYN appointment is due 12 February.
"Every time I see her play and run, my heart just longs to give her a little more stimulation, and the best would be a jungle gym," A-mé Booysen continued.
