Pieter Nel is a Qualified as an Environmental Health Practitioner since 1986. Nel is currently closely involved in Noise management in the City of Tshwane for the past 28 years. In his capacity as Noise Control Officer, he focusses on the establishment of a Noise Management Policy for the City of Tshwane and the general management and control of noise.
