A new ‘cat-fox’ species discovered - and it is 90cm long!
Updated | By Jacaranda FM
This unique cat-fox has a number of small differences from your 'normal' cat.

A new species of cat has been discovered on the Mediterranean island of Corsica. It is a cat-fox cross and reportedly larger than a domestic cat. It has features of a cross between a cat and a fox.
However, there are only sixteen of the cats on the island.

The cats are around 90cm from head to tail. That is three rulers! They have wider ears and short whiskers.
According to LAD Bible, despite all they've learned about the cats so far, there's still mystery surrounding the feline - such as how it comes to be on the island.
Known as the "ghjattu-volpe" in #Corsican, the 'cat-fox' could be a new species of feline, according to researchers from the National Office for Hunting and Wildlife (ONCFS). https://t.co/9REbK7SheD @ONCFS pic.twitter.com/nFqpua8Zu3
