Plus-size fashion designer Ouma Tema talks to Rian about feeling fabulous at any size
Updated | By The Scenic Drive with Rian
Businesswoman and plus-size fashion designer Ouma Tema has made a name for herself in the fashion industry. She talks to Rian about how she helps women feel confident and attractive at any size.
Tired of struggling to find beautiful clothes that fit well, Limpopo-born Ouma Tema took matters into her own hands and started to design her own clothes.
Ouma started Plus Fab in efforts to create great fashion for herself and for women who shared her concerns. She wanted to put an end to the worry of looking frumpy or old in the larger clothes that chain stores were selling.
Ouma's trendy styles have been a hit on the fashion scene.

Ouma has also had the opportunity to dress celebrities, most notably 7de Laan's Mimi Mahlasela.
Ouma's Plus Fab line is available at The Space as well as online at Spree.
Ouma shared a little bit about what motivates her to do the work she does.
Two listeners who embraced Ouma's philosophy of loving the body you're in completely admitted that they take self-acceptance one step further and practice nudism. Ouma was surprised, but intrigued.
