Police officer praised for catching baby dropped from balcony

Not all heroes wear capes.
Police officer Eduardo Matute of the Jersey City Police in the United States has been praised for catching a one-month-old baby.

Officer Matute was among multiple officers who were positioned below the balcony and caught the baby. The baby was dropped during a domestic dispute.

The baby was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
A photo was posted of Officer Matute and the baby after the successful rescue.
