Restaurant employee throws plates in fight with customer

Patrons at a San Antonio branch of the Chacho's Mexican food restaurant were caught up in a violent brawl between a customer and a restaurant employee.
In footage that shows a crowd standing and watching the chaos unfold, a woman with pink hair extensions can be seen shouting at a restaurant employee who is standing behind a counter.
The details of the argument are not clear but the two exchange insults and the fight turns physical when the employee throws a plate at the pink-haired woman, who retaliates by throwing the plate onto the ground. The other patrons move away from the action while at least one person tries to calm the irate customer.

There is an attempt by the restaurant staff to de-escalate the situation but even as the woman is escorted out of the restaurant, presumably by her friends, she is still firing harsh words at the restaurant employee.
The incident did not come as a surprise to people who frequent the Chacho's chain:
No charges were laid against either party as everyone involved in the altercation had dispersed when police arrived at the scene.
