Takeaway Wednesday: Ouma Lulu se Frikadelle

This week for Takeaway Wednesday Rian and the team wanted to try an old favourite: meatballs. 

The votes came streaming in and Ouma Lulu came out on top. Her granddaughter Roné believes that Ouma Lulu's recipe is unrivalled.  

Here are the ingredients you will need to recreate the dish at home:

1.5kg mince

1 large potato, grated

1 carrot, finely chopped

Half a green pepper

1 large onion, finely chopped

1 egg

1 teaspoon raw oats 

1 teaspoon mince spice

2 teaspoons of your favourite curry

salt and pepper to taste

The finished dish looks absolutely divine.
