Bonds formed during simpler times might have helped carry us through this difficult time but how does one manoeuvre the new normal?

Science journalist Lydia Denworth, author of 'Friendship: The Evolution, Biology, and Extraordinary Power of Life’s Fundamental Bond' says some friendships are stronger, however, lockdown might also cause stress and strain relationships.
Ways to improve relationships during the lockdown:
1. Use technology to maintain a connection.
2. Take time off when you need it.
3. Meaningful friendships require consistent maintenance.
