Ferguson recently shared a video of her beloved father, Sensei Fish Tuelo Masilo, who is 85, in the gym.

In 2019, Ferguson admitted that she inherited her love for exercising from her father, who hasn’t let his fitness slip since his boxing days back in the 60s and 70s.
“Inspiration IS a person!" Ferguson wrote on Instagram.
