WATCH: Truck driver gets a rude awakening as thief attempts to rob his truck
This truck driver thought he would take a quick nap, but this thief had other plans.
A truck driver who was trying to get some much-needed rest in his truck, got a rude awakening when he found a thief robbing him of his belongings.

In the video, the truck driver can be seen sleeping until he is disturbed by the thief who can be seen grabbing some of his possessions. The driver then jumps into action and attempts to stop the thief by kicking him. The two are involved in a scuffle whereafter the thief runs away.

A case of theft out of a motor vehicle is being investigated by Mooi River SAPS, and two men had been arrested.
KZN police spokesperson Captain Nqobile Gwala confirmed to TimesLive that; "the suspects took a TomTom navigator before fleeing the scene on foot. A 22-year-old suspect was arrested and is appearing today (Monday) at the Mooi River magistrate's court. The second suspect, believed to be in his twenties, was also arrested today. He will appear in court soon."
